Completely miserable customer service, bike arrived defective and I get placed on hold for 20-30 minutes, supervisors hang up on you when they finally do pick up. Venom motorsports is lying to the BBB making up fictitious conversations they had with my husband and I. This is an awful experience. Treating paying customers like crap & not taking responsibility for their faults.

Constant problems and breaking. All the welding snapped and the bike is garbage. We ended up contacting the BBB and Venom Motors blamed it ALL on us and LIED to the BBB saying all this fictitious stuff. It is a horrible experience we are dealing with. A garbage bike and out 3500.00 .
