The object is to increase the probability of having the level 11 tree available to bring back to camp when you’re done. Lots of Dragon Tree Leaves, and it gives you a bunch of bushes to start with. I prefer 'Secret: Cresent' for this. 1 chalice and approx average 25 taps. Totem grid, keep harvesting the bushes for nests, merge the nests to the top level. There’s always a green egg nest in those ones. I would skip this one.

Secret Totem Grid should be good for that. Since we don't have an event icon right now, you won't be able to see that each bush is being counted while you are in the level, though.
