Roku tv keeps kicking me out of apps.

I just got this tv a few days ago and every so often it will just randomly back me out of Netflix or YouTube, or whatever I’m watching and take me to the “Video and TV Cast for Roku” screen. It would happen multiple times until I turned the tv off and powered it back on. While that solved the problem for a while, it would again kick me out after a few minutes.
