First time it glitched it was going into the 3rd season and we played 2 games, next time we came back it reset us to the rookie draft, re-did the draft and played our games again and samething happened. Started a new franchise and the exact samething happened in year 3 but this time it was after the week 1 game.2 yr. ago. The default Sub-sliders basically ensure the starters can't stay in the game past the first play or two, getting subbed out because their fatigue is below the sub-out range, and then their Max Fatigue is too low to ever reach the threshold to be subbed back in. Basically if you don't play with default quarter lengths your team will always be more fatigued than your opponents because EA has yet to adjust simulated games to match league settings despite this working in their other sports franchises.
