How to add drop down in smartsheet
I believe it is referring to " Body Part Affected" and "Contributing Factors", both columns are set as Drop Down (Multi Select). My form also had multi select as an option. Once I removed multi select from both columns the flow worked. Is it possible to use multi select or a formula that will enable the sheet to accept the data from FORMS?If possible, I need a drop down menu to select from a list of campuses. Then, a drop down building menu for the selected campus. Not sure if its possible to build this into my Smartsheet, but it sure would be helpful.

Id like to have this go into a pivot table so we can see our top hitters, but the problem is the pivot table does not split the multiple selections within cells. for example, if we have failures with cell 1 having failure A, Cell 2 failure B, cell 3 with failure A & B, smart sheet doesnt sum a pivot table with 2 failures for A and 2 for B.To do this, right-click a toolbar, and click Customize Toolbars and Menus…. It is really easy to populate 15,000 rows relatively quickly in Excel and then copy/paste over to my Smartsheet column properties, and finding out that it was still restricted to the 4,000 character limit was as simple as checking the box to "Select All" in the dropdown.
