The Special Fighter, bonfire build is incredibly good still. I have used this B!Hector build for the last two years and have rarely missed a golden throne in AR. Yeah most B!Hector's are Far Save which pretty much either run Special Fighter or Hardy Fighter. But Near Save Hector are not rare either and for those the build in the sim is what I see the most. And yeah obviously sims can't fully replicate all scenarios in combat, but I think it serves a good baseline.
