For my money I think the Kirkhammer is probably the top-tier weapon for dedicated strength builds. Almost equal scaling with the Wheel but with a good moveset and versatility besides. Also it's probably the coolest "trick" in the game. The 3 best weapons for strength are Logarius Wheel, Kirkhammer, and the Tonitrus.
