Elder scrolls online dawnbreaker
Instead of overpowering one that ruins the game. dawnbreaker neededa nerf 4 years ago. All they have to do is remove it from the game, and then stam can find something else to use. There are other skills that stam can use. It's just that dawnbreaker has been use so much because it's been broke for years.I kind of agree with you but with all my other skills getting nerfed I'll prob use db all the time so leave it alone lol.

Its been a long time since morrowind and my stam sorc is hurting. Re-Posting this in bug reports because i havent heard anything about it since a forum comment from (i think) @ZOS_GinaBruno saying it was not intentional for dawnbreaker to be dodged all the time and they were going to get it fixed. Cant find the post anymore, havent heard about it in patch notes and its still broke so i wanted ...Dawnbreaker has been beyond broken for nearly two years. First it scaled with spell pen despite being physical damage, then they fixed that and made it 100% dodgeable by evasion and roll for a couple patches, then they fixed that and the "flashbang" bug was introduced to the game (animation cancel causing ult to disappear before damage registeres) which they have still yet to acknowledge.Generally speaking, unless both tooltips state that they grant one of the Minor/Major buffs, then even similar effects do stack. Sometimes an effect is just an effect, not a named buff. That seems to be the case here, with Flawless Dawnbreaker.

This change is a nerf to Dawnbreaker. Right now on live, when I hit you with DBOS, you get damaged by the initial hit and the initial DOT tick at the same time. That is going away -- the initial DOT tick will now have a two second delay.Hello Devs, Dawnbreaker is a bit messed up now because all the forts are AD, but the Emperor has left or quit or something so there is no Emperor and no likelihood of getting one soon - to the disadvantage of AD players (faction buffs).
