I just made a theme the other day using Usagi Theme Editor. I checked the flag enabling custom BGM, and my .bcstm file is under 3,378,001 bytes (or whatever the max is). However, when I install the theme onto my 3ds, the bgm plays once perfectly fine, however doesn't loop at all.
